Method
Preparation and Assembly
  • Prepare the Pears
    Wash the pears and slice them into quarters. Remove the core, then cut each quarter into thin wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
  • Cut the Cheese
    Cut the blue cheese into small cubes or crumble gently into bite-sized chunks.
  • Wrap with Prosciutto
    Place a piece of cheese on each pear slice, then wrap with a strip of prosciutto. Secure each with a cocktail stick.
